SHERRI MURRAY APPOINTED PROVEN’S COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of Directors of PROVEN Group (PROVEN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sherri Murray as Company Secretary effective May 26, 2023. Ms. Murray has been a member of the PROVEN team since inception and brings a wealth of experience to her new role.

With a remarkable tenure spanning more than 25 years in the Financial Services industry, Ms. Murray has garnered extensive expertise and a sterling reputation. Her impressive career includes notable positions at Scotia DBG Investments Limited and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, solidifying her standing as a highly regarded professional in her field.

In addition to her new role as Company Secretary at PROVEN Group Ltd., Sherri Murray also holds the position of Company Secretary for PROVEN Wealth Ltd, PROVEN Properties Ltd, IFP (Jamaica) Ltd, Heritage Funds International Inc, PROVEN Bank (Cayman) Limited, and Access Financial Services Ltd.

Ms. Murray holds a B.Sc. with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies and an MBA in Finance & International Business from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. Her academic achievements demonstrate her commitment to excellence and her ability to bring a well-rounded perspective to her work.

We believe that Ms. Murray’s extensive experience, strong qualifications, and her proven track record within our organisation makes her the ideal candidate to assume the responsibilities of this critical position as Company Secretary.
