PROVEN Investments Limited (PROVEN) advises that Mr. Yvor Nassief has tendered his resigned from its Board of Directors as well as that of its Banking Subsidiary company Boslil Bank Limited effective January 31, 2022.
Mr. Nassief having served in his capacity as a non-executive independent director since PROVEN’s inception over 12 years ago, brought his vast experience with yeoman service as an established businessman and former regional Senator. This was leveraged to support the guidance of PROVEN where he also served as member of the PROVEN Audit Committee.
