PROVEN Group Limited (PROVEN/PGL) advises that Mr. John Collins has resigned from its Board of Directors effective Friday, November 11, 2022.

Mr. Collins, having served in his capacity as a non-executive independent director since PROVEN’s inception over 12 years ago, brought his extensive experience in the Financial Sector, particularly in Trust Banking and as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. His support and guidance were leveraged to govern PROVEN especially in the formative years where he served as a member of the Audit Committee.
